Costs:
Tui BnB - $100 per night for one bedroom; $200 per night for two bedrooms; $250 per night for three bedrooms
Longford - $150 per night for 2 guests, $30 per night for each person after that (8 guests maximum)

Phil & Charlotte
Meet Phil and Charlotte Mitchell, the duo behind your serene countryside escape near Hokitika. As South Island natives, they’ve been living in the area now for over 10 years and are happy to share the best bits of the West Coast.
Phil has been riding bikes almost all his life and has managed to persuade Charlotte to have a go with her own dirt bike. Phil is a definite enthusiast and has taken part in numerous events over the years, and both love to support local bike events.

Self contained wing | 3 rooms | 1 bathroom | $100 per night for one bedroom; $200 per night for two bedrooms and $250 per night for three bedrooms (Negotiable for longer stays)
The house has 3 queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with separate toilet, and a kitchenette perfect for breakfast before exploring the region.
